In the early morning hours, the Dos Hugos begin their day by cooking with fresh vegetables, meats, herbs and spices.
As the day progresses, their delicious and nutritious dishes come into fruition combining unique flavors authentic from Peru.
Whether it be an office lunch, birthday, or wedding, we promise our dishes to be cooked from the heart, just as we would have served at our table. This is a commitment we enjoy and strive for.
